Coach Duggan grew up in the town of Jarrow, a suburb of the great city of Newcastle, in England and has been involved in soccer in various capacities for 29 years. Starting at the age of 11 as a player in the local schoolboy leagues, his passion for the game led him into the competitive adult amateur leagues of Northern England. In 2010 he began coaching in the Georgia Soccer 'Athena' League with the U-19 girls select team at Bluesprings Soccer Club in Loganville and spent the 2012/13 season coaching Parkview High School Boys Junior Varsity squad. Coach Duggan is also the Assistant Head Coach with the Men's Varsity Soccer program at Oxford College of Emory University who compete in the NJCAA.

This will Coach Duggan's fourth year with Grayson.

Coach Duggan immigrated to the United States in 2007. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, England and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Georgia State University.
He is a lifelong, devoted follower of Newcastle United Football Club.

He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married for 9 years and currently reside in Snellville.
